The Global Development Centers leverage JAK's Service Delivery Model
- across a number of focused, task-oriented services including:
Application Development - Since China and India offer some of
the most cost-effective development rates worldwide, the GDCs can
support the development of both global client and internal business
applications. This process uses highly skilled, India and
Nepal-based resources for quality work at a very cost effective
manner. Analysis, Requirements, and Design are typically done by
standard engagement teams onshore, but development activities are
configured into work packages and performed at the GDCs. Engagement
teams based in our offices and client sites will be able to use
global delivery framework, to help manage AnyShore projects.
Enterprise Application Integration - One of our goals is
to provide products development and implementation support
worldwide. We also provide lower-cost combined JAK teams for common
enterprise application integration (EAI) and other projects for our
clients. The GDCs' broad skill base includes most common EAI
products, allowing well-defined integration projects to be executed
swiftly.
Application Support and Maintenance - The GDCs offer
application support and enhancement and program maintenance for our
client's enterprise applications.
Experienced Resources
By utilizing our expansive network of experienced
resources—ranging from developers to engineers with 10+ years of
experience—the GDCs is able to appropriately staff the projects of
our clients, within the specified rate parameters and skill-set
requirements. Whether it be Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, Siebel Systems,
or core application development, we have the skill set to get the
job done. |
